Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the monthly and annual subscriptions offered through TeacherSEO. Our order and payment process may be handled by Paddle or Polar, which may act as the Merchant of Record for your order and may handle billing, customer service inquiries related to payments, and refunds. If you have questions, contact [email protected].
Subscriptions and cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you cancel, your subscription will usually remain active until the end of your current billing period and then stop renewing.
- Refund eligibility, if any, is determined under the buyer terms of the payment provider used for your order and applicable law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, such as for duplicate billing, contact the payment provider shown on your receipt or email us and we will help direct your request.
Consumer refund rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel your initial subscription purchase in accordance with the buyer terms of the payment provider used for your order. This right does not apply to subsequent automatic renewals.
Refund eligibility and processing are handled by the payment provider used for your order in accordance with that provider's buyer terms and applicable law. For full details, please review the buyer terms published by the provider shown on your receipt or checkout.
How to request a refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the payment provider shown on your receipt or email [email protected], and we will help direct you to the right support channel.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact the payment provider used for your order or us first so the issue can be reviewed before you raise a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of account access.
