Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Unless this Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged for the current billing period.
- By purchasing a subscription, you request immediate access to digital services. Where applicable, this may affect any statutory right to withdraw once digital service delivery has begun.
- If you believe you were charged in error, such as for duplicate billing, contact us and we will review the issue.
14-Day Refund on Annual Subscriptions
We offer a 14-day refund period for annual subscriptions. If you cancel an eligible annual subscription within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund and your subscription will end immediately.
You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. This refund period does not apply to monthly subscriptions.
Cancellation After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day period, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after that period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing term and will not renew.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged and remain active until the end of the current billing term unless required otherwise by law.
Billing Errors and Exceptional Cases
If we determine that you were charged in error, billed more than once for the same subscription period, or otherwise affected by a billing mistake, we may issue a refund or account credit as appropriate.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of account access.
