This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we collect through our public website, authenticated dashboard, account registration and sign-in flows, subscription billing, support communications, and related operations.
It does not apply to third-party websites, payment pages, or services that have their own privacy notices, even if you access them through TeacherSEO.
3. Personal Data We Collect

- Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, profile information, support messages, subscription selections, and any content you submit for analysis through the Services.
- Account, authentication, and security information needed to create and protect your account, maintain sign-in sessions, verify access, prevent abuse, and support account recovery. If you choose Google Sign-In, this may include basic Google account details needed to authenticate you and link your login to your TeacherSEO account.
- Billing and transaction information, such as customer, subscription, invoice, refund, and payment status records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by TeacherSEO.
- Service usage information, such as device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken in the Services, timestamps, diagnostics, and other log and security data.
- Information from third parties and public sources that you ask us to analyze or use in connection with the Services, such as marketplace listings, store pages, product pages, keywords, or related public content.
- Cookie, analytics, marketing, and attribution information where those tools are enabled by your consent settings or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

- TeacherSEO uses Google Sign-In only for authentication and account access.
- We do not use Google Sign-In to request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google services beyond the basic information needed for sign-in.
- If you previously created a TeacherSEO account and later use Google Sign-In with the same email address, we may link that Google login to your existing TeacherSEO account.
- We keep Google-linked account records only as long as needed to operate sign-in, account linking, account security, troubleshooting, and compliance.
You can review or revoke TeacherSEO's access in your Google account permissions settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your TeacherSEO account.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of certain personal data.
